INTRODUCTION
Excel 4.0 plays a sound when it displays a message box.  For whatever reason, 
this feature was left out of Excel 5.0.  XL-Beep restores system sounds to
Excel 5.0.

INSTALLATION
1.  Place XLBEEP.DLL in your \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.
2.  Place XLBEEP.XLA in your \EXCEL\LIBRARY directory.
3.  Start Microsoft Excel.
4.  Select "Add-Ins..." from the "Tools" menu.
5.  When the dialog appears, click the "Browse" button.
6.  Select XLBEEP.XLA, in your \EXCEL\LIBRARY directory and click "OK".

The author grants you a royalty-free right to use the program.  You may
redistribute the program in its original, unaltered condition provided you
accept no fee other than reasonable distribution costs.  Although this
software is free, it is not public domain; the author retains title to the
program.
